Download the mac version, extract as normal, and copy the "...A_Wife_And_Mother_Part_2-0.215-mac\A_Wife_and_Mother.app\Contents\Resources\autorun\game" folder into your latest PC version, replacing all files with same name. No need for the Windows version. The person has already provided the macOS version. You just need to replace the game folder from the macOS version with the game folder in the previous AMAW version for Windows (A_Wife_And_Mother_Part_2-0.205b-pc). Tested and played.
