I think this update should be released in two parts
And the first part should have been released by now

From experience:
The stories have a climax in each path and once the player reaches orgasm, they no longer have the motivation to continue.
Separate paths are usually less enjoyable in the short term than releasing them at intervals due to repetition.

Well, I am supposing that will happen, but I am not sure what L&P is plannning for the future of the game, so, don't take this as any official statement.

It's bound to happen, it's just a matter of time: because the developer wouldn't show a discussion between Sophia and Ellie in the sauna about a possible sex between Sophia/Tyler, thus pushing Sophia into it. I think once the first sex scenes of Sophia with any character happen, the next one will be sex between Sophia/Taylor, Ellie/Logan together, at a similar event in the sauna when there are four of them. And then maybe the second group events will follow.
