Just a little speculation from me.
First of all, I wouldn't find it particularly original if the fifth part took place at home or in a motel.
We know from L&P that Sophia will look more like a grown woman again in the fifth part. So I assumed that she will change her clothes again, which is only possible at home. But why should there be a sequel at all and why will Sophia look different again? What reason could there be for this?
One possibility, Dylan talks her into another photo shoot - possible - could be hot - not very conclusive.
Another possibility - the movie in which Sophia “recognizes” herself in the main character. What if the main character in the movie was a young teacher and the fifth part of this event takes place in a school environment or at least fulfills this fantasy. We know that Sophia can also enter the school after class (shower event with the janitor), changing clothes is not necessary, just the hair a little different, maybe a piece of clothing from a colleague in the staff room....
So I've now built a thought structure out of nothing, so don't take it too seriously, just as an alternative to moaning about aching balls and sarcasm about development periods being too long.

School environment a bit tricky… remember, there lives the Janitor and if he catches them in action we could go in a completely different direction… Last time he just shared shower with Sophia only because he caught her “breaking in”. What could he do if he caught her in action with Dylan…?

To me it would be a great event if this is the outcome, but this is over optimistic…

not really. He mentioned on discord he would be using AI more often in the future, so the time would be reduced. Also, from now on, the good wife route will not be focused more, theyre a good sign we can get more content with a shorter waiting.
The game's long time of production's always due to 3 things from day 1:
1. Too many routes. (Good wife one is bullsh*, i mean who cares? He couldve made it simpler like sophie refuses any corruption=> good wife. A wife who does not have sex with her hubby but still not cheat on him is still a good wife. No need for renders.
2. Animations. The game is fine without animations. (I always skip them). He should've introduced this feature as a DLC.
3. Time to render.
With AI, 2 and 3=> Check. 1 is up to him, but its fortunate that by the schedule, we dont have any good wife events in the near future. The bad news is i have a hunch LP is considering adding some minor but artistic features which we normally see in a triple A game like puzzle games or side quests or alternate endings/multiverse. (to explore the world of the game)

Knowing L&P if he thinks or goes faster then he will add more routes. He keeps changing his plan because he felt a new creative outburst to split or change the scene from originally planned. Happens with creative artists. But don't expect the pace of the story to go faster in the future.

No official confirmation from the dev, but in the bathroom scene from the previous PD Sophia mentions that Dylan's bday coming soon, and and he even makes a joke about having a party with strippers. That must be foreshadowing if not for going all the way, at least for Sophia putting a private strip show for him. To me the obvious (and clichéd) conclusion is that going all the way will be Dylan's birthday present.
