I propose imagining a very, very distant future. Let's play around with some conjectures.
What do you say? We know Sophia is going to fuck Dylan. We also know that that likable character, turned decadent, like Sam, will one day taste Sophia, completely used and "chewed up" by more than half the city.

I really doubt penetration is on the table right now with any male character other than Liam. Therefore, a big hetero sex scene at this stage shouldn't include it, which means blowjob is a perfectly valid option right now. And based on this, I don't think the big lesbian scene needs to go first (not sure if it's been confirmed by L&P TBH).
However, when it comes to full sex scenes, I believe the first one should be lesbian, and since Dylan will probably bang Sophia in his birthday party (next weekend?), she still has plenty of time to have sex with either Patricia (probably) or any other female before that. She also has time for giving him a blowjob at some point during the week so that all the pieces are ready for the big moment.
