The next update has been split into two parts so he can release something before the end of the year and avoid members from complaining. So the museum update v0.230 will have parts I and II, with part one scheduled for release this December and part two likely in February or March of 2026 (estimated). Also, Part II will have three different endings.

I think we'll go to the end of the museum visit.

Only those interested in Sophia/Dylan storyline are paying L&P. If rest of you who are interested in Sam and other characters also pay and overtake Sophia/Dylan fans then maybe L&P will consider progressing other storylines and take a break from Sophia/Dylan.
