I doubt he can realy delegate part of the work on someone else.And there is simply no other way to start making updates faster.
After all he is not a robot.
Nothing wrong with slow progress,but you must realise that we are now at 3 game days per 1 year shedule.

And sadly the longer the game is going,the bigger are the problems.Just check some of the oldest games.With the exception of DMD all other devs are having some major problems with releasing an update even for twice more time than usual.

I did a quick search through the code, and they turn up in the pool event, trampoline event, and I think the beach. Essentially any time Dylan allows Sam preferential treatment by Sophia, instead of sticking up for himself.
Turns out Unren is good for more than just making CGRips.
