He looked for a professional in Blender, but did so rather late. The explanation would be that the result using DAZ was unsatisfactory.Speaking only of this bonus scene. It has been mentioned for over a year. So he definitely knows what he is doing and had planned a long time back. The bonus scene is supposed to open to interesting options for later.
This is in general for all, not anyone specific -
I don't know why people always talk in extremes. Like "there is a script" or "there is no script".
He can have a story written and most likely he does. He then uses that story to make renders and then write the dialogues accordingly.
I seriously want to ask. Do people really think that he comes up with ways to make a scene far more realistic. With the entire premise, entire ideas for storylines on spot and starts making them, even though he is already cutting it close because of the excessive CS time.
Is he immune to a writer's block ? With the kind of pressure he puts himself into how many times to do you think a person can write a premise based on guidelines. Anyone who writes knows that writing the summary points is not that hard but when you actually start writing a conversation and then slowly have to move it towards the sexual stuff without making it stupid, it takes a lot of thinking.
Maybe he can do it for 5 scenes in a row, maybe 10. What kind of a genius writer would one have to be to be able to write hundreds of premises with just the help of bullet points. Ones that were written a long time back. Even recalling how to follow up those bullet points is a challenge. Writing a conversation with a realistic flow is not something one can do in 15 days along with the dialogue and then it's translation as well.
What does Blender add? It must be something that doesn't yet exist in the game.
And the answer is easy to find, but another question arises: what does he need that new thing for?
