Is it me or does the part1 downloads only go up to 150 and are missing the 151 part1 required to create the final save files?

Reason I ask is because I downloaded the game through the GoFile link and Mega link (just to be certain) and I get the version 150 game. However I do not get the option to make a final save file for transfer.

In fact, there is. AWAM Part I is now labelled "Part I" but its number version is 0.151.

No, 0.151/Part I = 0.150 + final export and few fixes in the gallery.

And Serameth is right. Links from OP are really 0.150 so you can't create a final save with it.

So what is the benefit of this v0.151. i exported my final saves from v0.150 part 1 previously released directly to 0.161 as per your big post explaining how to export saves. They all work fine.
So what is the use of this new v0.151 ?
