Jules doesn't have a route, she's just a minor character on the Ellie route. And isn't due to reappear until at least PD16, which is likely at least 4-5 years away. The Ellie route is due to start branching into three at that point, one of those branches likely featuring Jules.

I thought the whole point of making the update contents shorter(half a day) was to lower the time down and make each update release date more consistent. It seems whatever is done the update takes more time sadly.
