I am sure you know writing a story does not mean "Dialogues written" . A story is a complete story even when written without the dialogues.But the problem here is this comment, which has been discussed numerous times.

When you write a statement with (and also already written!!!) and use Bold Font, you emphasize that everything is done (Dialogs, Narrations, Thoughts, etc.). Had he left out the already written and used the words planned out only, then this conversation would have been moot. It was only several months ago that he finally said he had a draft or outline only, and he was writing the text out in real-time during the P&T part of the update with the translator/proofreader. So, again, This is a communication issue. Also, this text, "already written!!!" has been like this since 2017.
Have you come across the concept in movie making. Where the "STORY" is first written out and prepared while the "SCRIPT" which is prepared after that contains the dialogues.
Just wanted to mention this. Beyond this you can have any assumptions you want it doesn't change the fact of the matter that those are different things.

And there is more than enough Matter on the internet to clearly distinguish between a Story and a Script. The actors in most cases are told the STORY before signing the movie not directly given the script.
