Does anyone know about MC’s Mother Route it is this update only for the ntr route or it is for the alpha route as well?
Please correct me if I am wrong. So there are 2 path in this game.
1. You don't add wife to the app where she cheats on you and this path is not getting updated. (NTR)
2. You add wife to the app where you tell her to have sex with other men. This path is getting updated with new content(NTS)
I would like to play the 1st path but tried multiple times but not getting new content in there.

1. Wife not added to the app, Alpha path is being updated. Not the Ntr path. That path hasn't been updated in a very long time. Last time this path was updated was more than 10 updates ago.
A bit of an incorrect simplification in my opinion.
The key point is the sports hall:
- MC went with his wife and did not allow the personal trainer to pester his wife. (Alpha path)
- MC didn’t go with his wife or went and allowed his wife to be pestered (The rest of the ways)
Next came mixes of paths and sub-paths of plot development.
The addition to the APP is only one or another development branch, but it does not determine Alpha or not. NTR or NTS work in all paths.

Judging by what I see in the current updates (0.6.7 and 0.7.0) - this will not happen. The author does not want to work with the colossal and rich material that he has, apparently he is tired of it and does not understand how to work with it. Most likely, he will continue to fill the game with monotonous texts and pictures + will probably add a couple more unnecessary NPCs.
If I allowed the wife to be pestered then the NTR/cheating path begins but it doesn't go very long. Nothing is being updated in this route for a long time just like someone mentioned in the above post.
That's right, this path has been abandoned like many others. Your question was a little different, I just pointed out that the key point is the gym and not adding to the APP.
It's hard to understand the author at all, instead of developing "sweet" paths (the path of the niece, daughter, sisters, and wife) which in the sense should go next to the main quest branch, he closes them, does not develop them and stuffs new NPCs that are not needed in the plot. For this reason, tons of effort on the debauchery of Talay and Ceclia look idiotic, when Salem eventually rolls up the project and leaves.
Also, MC's thoughts about fucking Jena are not clear, I don't understand why he needs a public toilet and a sperm collector as a mistress, did he decide to stick his dick in the trash? What is the use of Jena, I didn't notice at all!
Instead of rubbing Salem's nose in the fact that he fucked Talay and turned Ceclia into a whore! Moreover, he must do this in the presence of his wife and Jena. Thus showing who is who and destroying Salem as Alpha!
MC should now shout after Salem "Hey, I fucked your Daughter and your wife too!"? Moreover, from under the table, so that Salem would not understand that it was him, otherwise he would kill MС... Kick-Ass again, a log and a kickdown.... It’s not clear!

Here you can write a lot about the author's mistakes, I only indicated the most obvious and illogical ones with the hope that the author will pay attention to this! I am ready to list off the top of my head what the author needs to do to make the project work! But what’s important is not what I say, what’s important is what the author hears!
At one time, a similar situation happened with the project "It" on the QSP platform. The author of "IT" is undoubtedly talented and extremely hard-working, he is inclined to analyze his own mistakes, which he proves to this day.
He had other problems, as a result, "It" was abandoned and picked up by other developers and modders who gave their vision to the project. We can see this project today in a new form!
The project gave rise to a dozen other projects, but the author of the brilliant beginning did not bring a single well-deserved cent!
