Anyone know how to download the M&F App? I managed to do it on my sissy playthrough but on two others its just not appearing in the app download section? Am i missing something?

Question: After the MC transformation into a woman is there any more story to follow? Because I saw the the feminization path vanished. Also, I activated the lost daughter and ex after the "woman decision" and now everyone refers to her as HE and not her and ignores her woman name like that path doesn't exist. Will the future updates modify that or will this branch conflict and break the game/path?
Oh and does the "meet&fuck app have any story path yet? It seems useless other than looking at some profiles.
