I don't remember up to what step in 0.6.5 the Jena-wife path develops, I really don't want to replay it. In the screenshots I showed the initial positions on this path for both versions.
I may be wrong, but adding a wife to the APP is a necessary condition for this branch to appear in 0.0.7.
P.S.
I only briefly looked at the options other than the Alpha path. I'm not interested in them because they don't change the hero's psychotype in any way.
In my opinion, there are only three MC images in the game.
1. The cowardly "Alpha", who only talks and occasionally does idiotic things.
2. The sluggish "something" that only whines.
3. Well, and the Sisi-Fem-cuckold activist, who confidently follows the paths proposed by Jena and Salim.
The author himself completely ignores Casey as such, depriving her of any character or will of her own. I suspect, given the choice of actress for the hero’s wife, that this is the author’s main idea - to alienate everyone, both the MC and the player, from her.

You make a few choices from the list like, did you add the wife? did you go to the gym? Then some choices of who you added and did you change into a woman, blah blah blah. I actually felt blind-sided with how that worked out. I didn't select any of side story characters that had a choice and still ended up with a phone full of targets. GAAAH!

There was another joke, exactly in the alpha branch, a photograph of Christina appears in the faxogram with a clear emphasis on the QOS tattoo. Wow! We open Christina's profile in the APP and oh my god! A miracle! Krisina is a beautiful "invisible virgin" without a hint on the BBC

    Continuation of the brother’s feminized version path.
  • Salim and Debt storyline – Steps 0-38:
    A completely reworked version of the storyline. The essence is simple: “no payment — bad consequences.” It will initially be available only for Alpha with the wife’s addition (other options will follow later).
  • Paula’s storyline – Steps 62-108:
    Continuation of Paula’s (formerly Paul) storyline.
  • Romance with Niece storyline – Steps 0-34:
    Return of the romance path with the main character’s niece, including new content.
  • Femdom storyline – Steps 52-174:
    Continuation of the wife-Jenna femdom path, with a focus on femdom content.

In essence, in the Alpha branch, if you add a wife, you save her. But the wife as the second hero stops being active, with the exception of a small branch with Christina. But the branch is short and poorly developed, although it could have served as a path to the NTR after saving the wife.
Could have turned out to be a great intrigue!
This is again about the issue of salad in the author's head and the unwillingness to work with the existing script material.
