If you want to increase the fame. You can to go in Sleeping district of town the Taganka and go the central House of Culture (open from 10.00 to 21.00 and monday is closed day) and click "Acting courses" (300 rubles).

But I think it's only if your fame is less than 10 because I have now 16 fames and I don't see "Acting courses" anymore in this House of Culture, it replaces by local theatre studio.

Once you reach a skill of 10 you no longer have to pay for the lessons but can rehearse for the play which takes place Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Your fame will increase by taking part once you get invited to do so. At level 40 taking part in the plays at the House of Culture will simply bring you a small income. If you want to become an actress you need to go to the Art Film Studio in the West when it's suggested after taking part in a play at the House of Culture.
