===V.2.1 Remastered===
This is probably my third time playing this game, and not much has changed my impression. It isn't a bad game, but it definitely isn't great so far IMO.
-Update 1:
Not all that much has changed in this patch, but aside from new scenes and a new zombie area, the Miasma effect is finally gone. Thank god.
Keeping my old review mostly intact aside from correcting grammer and removing miasma section.-

Basically just an inferior version of "Wolf of Shadow." Its an RPGM game w/ real time combat with one basic attack, one spell, a dodge, and a stamina meter. Aside from the fact "Wolf of Shadow" had more time to develop and flesh out gameplay and combat (if we're excluding time dev spent on the previous turn-based version), this game in its current state is inferior regardless through -one thing at the moment- in the game.
1) Direct Hits Missing.
Why. Considering how RPGM in real time is beyond janky with even "Wolf of Shadow" moving to unity, why was this added? Whenever a player hits something in real time, it should hit no matter what unless theres a suitable explanation, but when the game decides that a hit doesn't count, that's not difficult, its bad design. It would make sense if this game was still turn-based or to encourage players to use spells, but why? There is only 1 spell in the game to my knowledge, and it is vastly inferior to just using a sword up-close in my experience. If the intention is to jack the difficulty up, congratulations, you made the game harder, but now I don't want to engage in combat anymore because attacking is unreliable unless its the fireball spell, but it does about as much damage as a wet fart (insert JRPG fireball vs. DND fireball meme here).
2. Miasma areas.
-I think its been removed? iirc previous build had miasma in orc island and abandoned village spider area, but I was actually able to play the game and reach the end instead of stopping almost just short. Praise the lord that its gone. Just fix the issue with combat and do a bit of balancing and its possibly a 3.5-4 stars. -

I appreciate the custom sprites (unless I am wrong) added to the game, helps kinda seperate it from other RPGM games with the uniform aesthetic and I like the 3d models in the game, though I think the shader for the renders could be better.
==H-Factor==
C+ Rating (Room for improvement)
I don't like 3dcg, and while I do like the models, I prefer having animations instead of renders. Its not a knock against the game, but I do think the renders can be improved, like adding ripples or just generally having a better sense of motion and/or weight to the sex scenes' renders.
-Preggo content has been added, but its mostly relegated to endings... Not mad, but every time preggo content is relegated to endings, I take a shot of a mystery drink and I'm still hungover. -

==Suggestions and Improvements==
Get rid accuracy. I do not want RNG to dictate whether or not I hit something unless it was explicitly explained that I am basically gambling. This has been a large issue with the game for a long time IIRC, and there is not one solid, justifiable argument I can think of when its removal will immediately make the whole game far more better.
Next, reduce the stamina depletion effect of Miasma or have it affect regeneration or some other alternative instead of just making the game as a whole more needlessly punishing than it already is.
Alternatively, Improve spells or add new ones to make combat more engaging and a bit more balanced (I still think melee should still be more consistent regardless, even if hits barely tickle enemies).
Also, make players move a bit faster too (~sprint speed) since the maps are pretty large and exploration feels like a slog unless players spam dodge, and slow down projectiles a tad bit too while giving some telegraphing where they are thrown to make dodging a more controlled.
-Maybe display the hitboxes too like wolf of shadow did, and maybe increase stamina too or add some way to upgrade it so you don't take 2 swings and need a break.-
==Conclusion==
This game has some decent looking scenes, but the combat is flawed and could be improved to where you aren't always trying to avoid combat.
- The Miasma was finally removed in the update, making some areas playable, but aside from that, the new Update didn't change much, just added a few new scenes and a zombie area.-
==TLDR==
If you don't have a preference over 2d or 3d, I recommend you play Wolf of Shadow instead and wait until dev fixes things hopefully. But if you like 3d more and don't mind something ~sub-par so long as the H is good, I'd recommend this.
-Unfortunately, new preg content is relegated to endings mostly.-
