RPGM - Completed - Academy Special Police Unit -SIGNIT- [v1.4] [Ankoku Marimokan]

I'd give this game a 4/5. For an RPGM game, this one has relatively high production value. You can feel a lot of effort was put into making a game. The gfx is decent, story is decent, game mechanics are kind of interesting etc. Hence its a solid 4.

The down side is the game is not very long. and there are parts of the game that you just hope they do a little better.

i'd keep an eye on this game dev and see if they release a better title. they seem to have potential.

You can unlock the recollection room from the beginning but in order to see everything, you need to play through it.

Recommended to play through pure, saving at game over decisions and the Chapter 5 exploration (recollection room is missing these). Progress the dialogue with every FP and go to the park to train yourself for free levels. Take a look around town for events.

Right before the final chapter there's a point where you can just progress all the girls' NTR routes from the park.

This game is as good as 'LeGendery Strangers - Boy and Girl Heroes Tormented'. It is friendly for those who do not want to see what related with 'trap content', showing each stage of how the male protagonist turning himself as a trap is quite enjoyable for me.

Very easy game, the fights are a mashfest with one sequence of fights being hard only if you do it the wrong way. It's fun to play an RPG with multiple characters, a change of pace from the singular female protagonist that you usually play as in these games. But nevertheless achieving a good, virgin good end is trivial at best so it's disappointing.

Game's art is very good, but take note of the tags as there may be some scenes that will go past your tolerance for seeing. There's a healthy amount of cgs and fairly distributed for each character. Only generic moaning for voice acting but it's enough to get in the mood.

Story is nothing to write home about. At the very least, it is fast paced and doesn't waste time. A lot of it feels superficial but it's easy to see the effort done to try and establish some world building, and character dynamics within the team. There's some scenes where you can talk to the girls and they will feel less lifeless. The NTR portion of the game is largely by choice either by literally choosing the bull's actions in the late-stage of the game or intentionally losing in the very easy fights. So with that said I don't know if it's a twist your gut good cuckfest in this game or just average. I'd try to play a virgin run first so you can care about the characters a bit.

If you don't want to waste your time with the game you can fully unlock all cgs and scenes from the room once you gain access to it. Overall I can't call the game good enough to play but at least doesn't insult the time you spend on it.

This game is a pretty standard NTR setup, and suffers from not having much H-gameplay outside of losing fights.

This is pretty obvious from viewing the scene viewer. Watching the scene viewer instead does lose some of the context of the game relationships, which is kind of the point of an NTR game.

The gameplay itself is actually pretty OK, Issue being is that the RPG wanting to win stands in opposition of some of the H-mechanics, which makes the two parts of the game in opposition to each other. Other games cross this gap by giving the heroes some kind of "just do this thing to get a boost in power" or something to that effect. That is missing here.

I enjoyed this game, and its definately worth it to play if you like corruption games. Unfortunately, it has some issues, and if you start getting sick of the gameplay, just get a full save.

TL : DR - A rather disappointing but serviceable game from Ankoku Marimokan.

The NTR aspect was annoying and tedious to achieve, I was disappointed that all Boss losses were relatively-short Game Overs, rather than in previous games being a series of CGs that get progressively extreme and eventually result in a game over, or have a long and detailed game over.

The CGs in general felt generic and overall a decrease in quality compared to older games. The in-battle sex mechanics were standard but boring, almost all just sex animations which was severely lacking in variation compared to previous games.

The the decrease in CG and battle sex mechanics was expected to be honest, but what really disappointed me was the lack of environmental storytelling that this studio excels at.

Something that has remained generally consistent in previous games is that the world changes and evolves alongside in-game events, and that sex and debauchery was often used as a background for certain areas; whether that be woman on wooden horses or fucked in medieval stocks, or cum stains littered around with a fallen woman nearby. This game lacks this.

Frankly, I found this game to be ok, I fapped a couple of times to this cause the CGs are always good enough to crank a couple out. But I was disappointed that the studio has lost an aspect of their games which made it stand out compared to others. Perharps the degradation of Ankoku Marimokan quality and standards was simply bound to happen, like all studios, they lost their vision as time went by.

The first game in this series is still the best this studio made to this day. This third chapter is honestly very boring and dulled down on the gameplay side, if it wasn't for the artstyle it would even look like the same studio, and imo the art is far from their best asset in their few good games.
Honestly another very disappointing game from a studio that managed to make a couple of very good games, but apparently cannot keep up the quality anymore.
Hope someone else is enjoying it.

TLDR: Mediocre 3/5 game that gets bonus points if its niche tags or artstyle is what you enjoy.


Why you might want to play it:
- The signature Marimo style artwork. It's not for everyone but you might just like it
- Niche kinks (at least on F95), such as if you are into gay content or cuck taking one as well in the group play. This has plenty for you
- Male domination on the FMCs, with a decent amount of events overall. However be warned that some will have slight gore.
- Has voice for the scenes
- Has switch to turn on all event/CG at the start


Why you might be turned away from playing:
- None of the above points interest you or you actively dislike some of them
- You prefer a good writing...cause the writing here is meh at best. Like a good NTR game needs to be supported by the narrative and dialogues....which unfortunately I think are on the weaker side. This isnt uncommon for NTR games with multiple FMCs as there are less time to develop their relationship.
- Scene animation is meh. Many games use various screen shaking or image movement to add to the effect of the scene....this game is not very good at that imo



Overall an OK porn game that will interest a smaller group more than a large audience.

If you are into those kinks or the artwork, you should still give it a try! (and support the devs if you enjoy it!) If you are unsure, it has a switch to turn on the scenes for you to view after tutorial

i like bisex stuff. but imo H-scenes are mediocre. the same disgusting art as usual by author. assholes are gigantic, women are fat. i had some hopes in this game because from preview pictures it seemed not all women were fat, and it's kinda true, but the same asshole/pussy art is present.

there are some quite sexy H-scene scenarios. but it's still mostly still pictures with some camera shaking and maybe some variants to it like dick entered or cum or etc. the text is not overbearing most of the time... but most scenes are defeat based... but you can immediately unlock gallery in the beginning so it doesn't waste your time. you can check yourself the mediocre art and decide if you want to play or not.

i liked a couple of gay rape scenes and some sex scenes were erotic but that's it. the mediocre art and mediocre battlefuck mechanic doesn't make this game better than 3/5 imo.

If you're into being dominated, losing, being cucked, humbled, and made into a sex toy for other males while you fail utterly then this game is for you. Masochists addicting to losing will probably get something out of this. The NTR isn't done very well but I still enjoyed my playthrough.

I likely wouldn't normally be giving this a 5, however this game is of a niche type of content that I've been wanting from this dev ever since one of their older titles.

The story and CG's are mostly what you here for, but the gameplay while simple for an RPGM game is at least not no grind. Optional grinding aside since I did grind for some early upgrades.

The NTR feels even more out of place in this, since you lose out on content and level ups if you lose to get lewded, which I've always disliked. Older games by this studio didn't always do that, hence why I liked that one more.

The Small use of AI is insanely jaring, and is something that ruins the scenes it's in.

Musics fine, pretty sure it's reused from past games, but I cant be bothered to look.

Translations fine as far as I can tell, I noticed a few things that were off, such as the first mention of Mr Black doesn't say his name in it till the very end. i.e. Their talking about him saying the Boss mentioned it, but they didn't. I assume this is a translation issue.

Some people say this one isn't as dark as typical for the dev, for the most part it's true. Lot less gore, and snuff, but when it does show up it's the most messed up I've seen by them.

Just due to the lack of this content in this genre I'd say it's a 8/10, but I'm being generous and rounding it up to 5/5.

You can argue all kinds of games to take that role. But overall, this one takes the cake. The very niche kink that gets serviced here is hypnosis. If you are not super heavy into this kind of smut you are out of luck.

Yeah you have the usual Marimo tropes... but it all falls short. Compare that to the older entries and it is missing so much body, so much... of everything. The sex feels just meeh. The character feels meeh. The setting feels meeh. The missions/cases, there is so much recycled assets here. I think lazy describes it best. The game feels lazy, like... I have to release a game, let's make it quick and reuse everything at least 3 times.

It's heartbreaking having to rate it this low because I know MARIMO can do better. Going off of what the Google translations on their creator page spits out, they have health issues which impacts the quality of the stuff they make. I'm not going to claim that's an excuse for everything, but it would explain why this game along with some of their most recent games have been mediocre to bad.

The game quality is... well it's something alright. For one, if you make a single mistake during the final chapter like skipping the text and hitting the wrong option by error, you're softlocked out of the ending unless you do it like I do, making a new save file every single save.

The game starts fairly promising and the material for Chapter 1 and 2 are great, but starting Chapter 3 the quality deteriorates noticeably. There's a lot of AI stuff, someone in the thread claimed "You'll hardly notice it", but it's right on the nose what is and what isn't AI because MARIMO's artstyle is one of a kind - you can't replicate it faithfully with AI.

I think the biggest "I'd like to turn the game off now" moment was Chapter 4, where your 'rival' character (God mode "Nuh-uh you didn't hit me I had a force field activated!!!! FUCK YOU KYLE!!!"-kun) was naked. Marimo simply stitched that babyface on a hunking 10 inch dick bodylifter and it looks stupidly uncanny and ridiculous.

Now, why am I not giving this a 2 or a 1 if I hated this so much?
Because in all truthfulness, I didn't hate the game. I think despite the absurd flaws the game has, MARIMO is an unhinged creator that actually follows up on the things that other creators pussy out on, and I respect it that. The game itself amazingly portrays a variety of fetishes, some of which are gore and ryona while others are fairly standard hypnosis kinks. It's NOT the worst material out there.

It's just... if I could give one, ONE piece of advice to MARIMO for future titles like this: Lay off with the cuck rival stuff. You just... you're not well versed enough in this fetish to understand what makes people tick. This was one of the worst rival characters I've seen in an NTR game, I actively avoided NTR whenever this guy was around. There's nothing more repulsive than an unironic 10000 HP Overlord character who acts like a fancy tea drinker. If this character didn't exist and the usage of AI wasn't so glaringly obvious and bad, I'd give this game an easy 4/5.

Ankoku has fallen off like crazy. compared to his previous work, it's middling at best. The most I can recommend is for those into ntr and trap sex. The CGs are good,and the game isn't too grindy, it's rather simple actually.

I recommend the creator's old work however

Game is pretty decent. The CG is great, and there is a good bit of it. Now, for me the game has two massive negatives, I don't like getting NTR on battle loss or hypnosis/mind control. And that is pretty much the whole game. Each girl has their main NTR route not directly connected to the battle loss scenes, but it very heavily hypnosis/mind control for the corruption method.

And as for the NTR feel, I don't see it on pretty much every route. It's more of a hard core corruption game. The non battle scenes with 2 of the girls I think would qualify as full on NTR. But the main thing is as soon as the guy finds out about the girl getting fucked a big beefy guy comes in and fucks him too, so....

The guy is basically one of the girls, he a pretty solid trap character art-wise. And he get his ass blow out in every route. So if that's not your thing, might not be a game for you. There is one gore scene where he gets his dick chopped off so keep that in mind. And in one route the girls get turned into fuck nuggets. (no arms and legs and stuffed into gimp suits). It's definitely on the hard core corruption humiliation side of things.
