VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Accidental Hypnosis [v1.0] [BBPond]

Too bad that only one scene is uncensored. Funny, short game with different endings. The horror one was specially amusing. I really like the game, it has nice graphics, simple story, not bad animations and a little of humour. Total of six animations with different endings - try it.

Accidental Hypnosis is a surprisingly good, short and dirty game focused on (unsurprisingly) hypnosis.

It'll take you about an hour tops to explore the five paths in the game. There's three bad ends and two good ends. If you like the art on the cover, there's more of it inside, with decent enough animations.

I can't help but give credit when a game does what it came to do and gets out without stringing the player along.

Art assets - The girl, the backgrounds - are AI. The animations are human made, with motion tweening that looks great. The end result is something that has the sense of intention that most AI games and art lack. A soul, if you like.
Low bar, I know, but it's quite good! This is the kind of example of AI art that I was hopeful for when it all took off - filling the gaps in the artist's ability and allowing them to work in the areas of their strength.

So: The girl? Hot. The animations? Hot. The writing? Hot until it drags on beyond any possibility of gratification. You'll find yourself skipping the dialogue and just watching the animation.

This is a nice, short, simple game with very nice graphics and animation. It doesn't take itself too seriously, with a nice mix of fun, sexiness, and mystical zaniness. If the screenshots look good to you, try it out, as the choices are pretty straightforward, and the animations are pretty fluid with a nice style to them.

Well, that was unexpected. With the tags, I thought this would be a quick slop of a game, but it wasn't. I mean, it is quick. You could go through the entire thing in 30 minutes. But it had way more quality than I realized... and a jumpscare, but that's not important.

Firstly, when I saw that it was AI but animated, I assumed it would be that low quality animation that basically has two key frames, but the smooth animation of the girl surprised me.
Secondly, there were a number of routes, which I didn't expect. I very much expected the usual (bad ending, slave, and girlfirend endings), but there was a little bit more variation.

Now, am I saying this game is incredible and great and other positive descriptors? No. Despite all the good that it does, it is still 30 minutes and AI art. But I enjoyed it, which is far more than I expected going in.

TL ; DR: Short game that exceeded my very low expectations.
