Searching for games that is a actual game with the NSFW implemented in a simple way, with like a 50/50 balance to the Gameplay like the "papers please like" games. It shouldn't be a "hollow knight like" game with 1 picture every 5 Levels. Idealy the Game is more management or strategy like.

I think what you mean is that you're looking for gameplay-focused games that have at least some sexual content as a direct result of in-game actions rather than long-term actions (like beating a level).

A majority of side-scroller female protagonist games feature something like that. I might eventually make a reccomendation list for exactly that.

• Alien Quest Eve: The sidescroller.
• Monster Black Market: Game where you breed slaves and monsters for a profit.
