VN - Ren'Py - Actual Roommates [Ch. 3] [HanakoXVN]

This game was recommended by a friend on here, who mentioned the magic tags "Lesbian" and Female Protag". Sooo I had to give it a try and I'm glad I did.

The overall story is a humourous unfolding tale of corporate espionage, lust, hot inked ninja adversaries and a loyal lil furball moggy that I named Claws.

Sometimes the story had me scratching my head but unless I've had exactly 12 coffees, I do not function well, so it may have been that. All that matters is it has humour, alright? and allows me to build my own hot lesbo harem.

The last part of that sentence is important due to my own real life harem experiment failing when it hit critical mass and went from 3 to, well, 1

Tip - Never leave your glow bunny within reach of a pair of angry lovers, I can verify vibrators make terrifyingly good missiles when thrown.

The characters are all likeable and some hot enough for that cosy harem should you wish and their personalities are distinct enough to make them feel like genuine individuals. My fave is Sarah and the option to choose the hard-sub route for her was great.

The MC is a nice blend of feisty, fun and cuteness, all wrapped up in a nice alt style appearance. The scene where Janice says "Must. protect. tiny. goth." made me laugh. +1

Renders I found a bit mixed, at times some looked a bit rough as if the lighting was off. More the earlier game content, so maybe the dev was still finding his feet. Overall they are fairly decent though.

So, if you add the humour, great characters, mysterious plot and of course, the ability to have your own hot lesbo harem, is it worth playing? fuck, yes.

This game is amazing, for a totally different reason than I expected. Sure, it has sexy lesbian chicks, a decent plot and some of my favorite fetishes.
But the humor is amazing, memes and pop culture references blended nicely together. Adult VNs are rarely funny, so it was a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work, devs, make this project complete.
On the negative part, the images are a little grainy, so there is still some room for improvement, but I can live with that.

Lesbian VNs are always welcome in my book and this one is great. It sprinkles in alot of comedy all throughout the entirety of its runtime and doesn't dwell too long on any particular scene. There's backstories and complex relations, but the game doesn't make you sit through a 30 minute flashback scene to understand why, what, and how it happened.

The MC is confidant and flirty, without seeming like a nasty asshole that's going after everyone. She's sort of a corporate spy that works as an all-rounder while also occasionally doing illegal stuff. Each girl has a sort of distinctive personality, with some overlapping. The renders are really well done, but I find that they tend to become somewhat pixelated and blurred during some scenes. I also like that the relationship dynamics aren't super dramatic between everyone and its pretty lighthearted overall. It plays out more like a sitcom if anything.

The sex scenes are a little short overall, but they feel realistic and pretty down to earth. I think that the game has a lot going for it to outweigh them being a little on the weaker side.

Wish the devs luck, will love seeing how this VN pans out.

Hell yes! Renders are great, story works well and the characters are likeable. Love Sir Francis! The only sad part is that it ended ... but will hopefully be updated soon!

I usually don't rate games 5/5 but this game deserves no less!

Actual Quality

This review is for chapter 3.

There are so many good parts of this game that harmoniously work together. I'll try to list them all:
1. Good mix of lore, filler and erotic story elements.
2. The pacing makes you fly through the game without feeling jaded or bored.
3. The characters are believable and likeable.
4. The models are diverse and distinct without relying too heavily on steriotypes.
5. Multiple types of humor delivered in a tastefull manner.
6. Doesn't waste your time with minigames, sandbox mode or grinding.

I'd also like to toch on the subject of in game choices;
Spoiler, the choices are probably just there to let you opt out of content you have no interest in. But in that regard they mostly fill that purpose. I did not feel the need to go back to an earlier save to see if I had missed something, wich, in my book, is something good. Questioning my choices in a visual novel usually leaves me frustrated and tired of the game.

This game is a lovely experience!

The renders are nice, the characters seem interesting and the overall setting is also nice, however the story for me up until now seems a bit absurd and lacking... Maybe the story gets better in the future releases and the story gets more rounded out, if so this'll certainly get a revised score, but right now it's a 3/5 for me

This game is top tier I love the music choice and story so far. The dialogue is golden and hilarious, I love the MCs design and attitude and the girls being very distinct sides of the spectrum yet meshing together well these first two chapters have me hooked I cant wait for more. I'm impressed how hot this is despite the sex scenes being on the shorter side. Cant forget the cat lets be honest the cat is by far the funniest character we love Sir Francis.

A nice, laid-back lesbian VN. Writing is good, dialogs are easy to understand, not engrish gibberish, definitely above average. Plenty of choices, some of them could really matter(?). Renders aren't too great, but that's not an issue.

My main concern with the game, why it's not a 5 star one is simply that's it's a bit, how to say... Boring? You become roomates with some lesbo girls who are drooling over you early on. No real challenges, no real stakes, one of them becomes your lesbo pet in the first chapter. A bit more slow burn would help a lot probably, I'm not really "invested" in the story this way.

There's enough adult content early on, so it's good for a quick fap if you're into lesbian porn.

First of all for everyone reading this you should be aware that this game is considered a sapphic (lesbian/gay or which word you would use in that case) game !

So there is no heterosexual content here, all of the LI's are either lesbian or have a interest regarding exploring their sexualitly towards being bisexual after being attracted towards man beforehand (eww) !

For first update, this was amazing, enjoyed everything about it, renders, music and story, best of all, an actual real female protagonist lesbian playthrough, not many on here, but, glad I gave this a go, not disappointed one bit, most certainly is a 5 out of 5 game, well done dev, wish you all the best for the future updates

Feels like playing through a very horny and very sapphic sitcom, and the game is very much aware of that. It's funny, fast-paced, and isn't afraid of being cringe.

The game is simply refreshing. The writing is solid, and the dialogue is great, especially for a porn game. The characters are compelling, well-written, hot, and actually feel lesbian! Hell, even the music is a breath of fresh air. I would honestly be surprised if this was not written by an actual lesbian™.

If you are looking for something short, hot, funny, and queer, I wholeheartedly recommend this delightful little game. Can't wait for future chapters!

I was not sure what to expect but was very impressed with what I got for sure. This is a lesbian harem and it knows exactly what it is. The characters are thought out well enough that makes you want to know more, the story is the same way. It does a great job of "Show don't tell". I for one can't wait to see what happens next <3
