Add a new save

I saw that some people give their game saves.

I just want to know how use it ?

Do I need to rename it, put it in a specific files ?

If it's renpy game, you'll find a "saves" folder inside "game" folder, put your save files there (backup yours before if you want, perhaps the name are duplicated and you can overwrite yours)

I don't need to touch at the save in the App Data/Roaming files ?

I think that saves inside "game/saves" folder have preference respect tha saves of "AppData/Roaming"...anyway if you have troubles with that, delete the "AppData/Roaming" folder (backup first if you need).
