I'm interested in finding more resources for discovering and evaluating adult games.
While I delve down various rabbitholes from time to time, these are the resources I use most often:
F95Zone is a fantastic source for discovering new games, but I've noticed that a lot of the descriptions and reviews tends to focus more on tags/flavours (which are important!) than how a game plays. Also, some of the strengths here can also be weaknesses. Variety and availability can lead to paralysis of choice and sifting through a bunch of titles that don't particularly interest me. The various Recommendations threads have been amazing for finding things I probably would have otherwise missed.
Steam is, of course, a staple source of information. However, their recommendations and "because you played" are often... less than helpful. Why yes, of course I'd love to play the latest NBA2K-whatever-number game because I bought Subverse! Nevermind the fact that I've Ignored every single sports game that's ever popped up on my storefront, I'm sure this will be just like my smut and turn around my opinion on NBA games! Also, between the clearly botted/paid-for entries and the trolls, the review sections are also just a joke.
There are a few curators that I've found I like:
Sex Positive Gaming on YouTube is good for a mostly objective eye on current trends and upcoming stuff. "Mostly objective", because Annie bases her lists on sales numbers and market trends more than her personal opinions.
Adult Game Reviews on YouTube puts out content pretty consistently, but Tom focuses a bit too much on Visual Novels for my taste. He is also not-at-all objective in his ratings, but he's clear and descriptive about what he likes and why a game does or doesn't meet those criteria and I respect that.
What other resources do y'all utilize to find new stuff, or evaluate titles?
