Seeking Adult horror games that are actually scary?

I really want to see some lewd horror that gets my blood pumping in more places than just the one. I've played Lust from Darkness and Lust from Beyond (if anyone in this thread hasn't tried those I massively recommend them both) and found them fun and interesting but not exactly scary. Anything come to mind?

Not a game with a ghost in it (as far as I knew, because I drop it) but the atmosphere of the game is made this kinda scary for me. 2d and 3d mixed game.

Lustful Spirit Hunt
Its an adult 2d side-scroll version of plasma-something that hunting ghost pc game. Its less lewd since it doesnt have fullscreen sex scene.

I think that is, I dont remember any horror lewd games in my mind atm. You can search specific genre or game engine
