CC3 doesn't have any anatomical elements other than female breasts, and they don't intend to add them. There are very few 3rd party genitals available and none of them have images online.
CC3 is very much aimed at making characters for realtime engines, unlike DAZ where artists just put a giant hole in the mesh and add 13 layers of geoshells and 46 additional materials to make the um... totally realistic genitals favoured by that crowd.
tl;dr unless you're a modeller and want to do some _totally fun_ labour, don't use CC3 for porn. source: im using CC3 for porn.
