Advice on start screen

The "load" and "configure" buttons ? The name of the game and its version ?

Hello, basic functionality should be start and exit of the game. So exit button is missing (not everybody knows alt+f4 shortcut). Another point could be that huge unused "purple" space. I see two possible options:
a) remove blonde girl, enlarge other girls and shorten width of the menu
b) again shorten the menu and redraw the blonde girl so she is laying on her elbows (not overlapping with menu)
