Identify "Ahe quest"

Yo.
Trying to find an old hentai game called Ahe Quest about a guy who was raped and cursed to lose his d*ck soon afterwards so he travel to some island to find some wish-granting treasure.

Maybe it is somewhere here with normal english translation or MTR, I don't care much.

The problem is that my version has a weird russian translation.

Seems like this game doesn't have eng translation. You can try looking ur self (RJ134091), but i found only jap and weird ru versions.

i have the game since 2016 and uh, my game have some in english.
like the in game menu and a few of the skill on english.
from where i get it? i have no idea and i don't remember lol.

but aside from that, everything still in JP
