Tl;Dr: Good concept, works perfectly fine, but feels more like a side story to the dev's main game.
First off, I like the gameplay concept a lot. You got a time limit to try to fit as much into as possible before you got to give birth. Simple and intuitive, and a good medium in which to deliver erotic events. I wish there was a better way to tell how far you need to go to the next place, and getting gas feels way too annoying, but that's pretty minor.
My biggest issues with the game are the actual content. For a pornographic game, there's not that much in here. I think there's only one hetero sex scene, and a surprising lack of lesbian scenes that you would expect here. I think that's more a result of this game being a game jam game.
Maybe you'll enjoy the game if you want to see a bunch of pregnant chicks in varying states of undress. The game really doesn't seem to want to focus on that, and instead cares more about the adventures of these specific girls.
I assume that this takes place around 9 months after the dev's main game, considering that it includes all the girls from that. That might be spoilers for that game? I haven't played it in a good while. The fact that this is so close to the other game brings the question of which game should the dev prioritize.
