might want to note that she appears from the right hallway, not too hard to capture as she seems to always head upwards so you can just sit in the bottom right corner with your charge attack and hit her the moment she turns to go up. just make sure you are far enough below to not be in her line of sight as shes walking out of the hallway.
I find that too hard to achieve due to timings and distance. The way I learned to take her down, is to run behind her and attack when she goes around the bushes.

Apparently the security camera can still trip the alarm in the middle of a scene. I guess they didn't like the show.
