Same issue. I think I bought the camera early and it messed something. I thought I needed a camera instead of the spy camera.

There is a suspicion that this is due to the acceleration of the game, holding the action button. Will be blocked in future versions.

The questlog doesn't show all available quests. But that aside, you now need to wait for few days and then one day when you go down your mom will yell at you for breaking the washing machine, this will allow you to continue the sisters path. You will need to talk to the female alien at night (not sure when so after the washing machine thing, go to your backyard at night when the spaceship is visible and you may trigger the scene of MC asking the alien to give him a device to control his sister)

keep progressing with the milf. eventually the professor will contact you telling you that your power evolved and that you can "excite" people. then go excite the sister, seems like her last cosplay is the witch so if you go it there is nothing more.
