All old games and new downloaded game speed up animation without any sound.

I recently get this issue with win 10. All the animation are sped up even on starting screen. Also when the animation happen it speed up. Suddenly since this happen all the game in the folder act the same way and every sound from the game are gone. I have opened mixer and everything nothing changed. This happen without me doing anything to any game. before it worked perfectly and suddenly it become like this yesterday when i open the game. What is weird now every game become like this. Something is not right.

It might be worth checking Windows Update for the current optional rollup. I was having both audio and video jank at odd times after the previous update but that all cleared up after the most recent one.

I recently update too and it still persist.
