Allowed sleeping sex on patreon

Hello everyone, I am an adult game developer and I have a question. I've read that sleeping sex is prohibited on Patreon because it's not consensual, but I want to add that into my game. I know that there is a lot of developers without problems with Patreon adding sleeping sex, but anyway, I don't want to risk. So my question: Is there a way to make allowed by patreon rules sleeping sex scenes in my game? I mean, what if a player is able to wake some girl up during the night, ask her to have sex and she's like: "I really wanna sleep, but I don't mind if you do some lewd things with my body now, but go easy on me to let me keep sleeping"? Does it count by patreon as not consensual because of impossibility for a female to refuse during the process?
Maybe that's a silly question, but I'd rather be sure that I won't get banned for adding some "wrong" fetishes.

I've never heard of Patreon cracking down on a game for sleep sex. Mind you have to go pretty far to get them to crack down for plain old regular rape.

Whataboutism will get your account banned at Patreon. Case in point - all the "step cest" on Pornhub but Patreon is cracking down HARD on any incest. "Liberal California" has absolutely nothing to do with this. It's the conservative Evangelical Christians who run PayPal that are calling the shots on this because PayPal handles most of the transactions. Without PayPal, Patreon will lose its advantage over sites like SubscribeStar. Stop spreading lies.
GDFennec - you have a few ways to get around this. You have the "sleeping" person tell the "protagonist" that they would love to be "manhandled while sleeping" cuz it's a fetish of theirs. Like they like "surprise wakeups" or sth. I don't know how that works with Patreon. Another option is to use a patch for those scenes only where the patch is not linked to you or the patreon page. This is a sure-fire way to get around it. And the third is what you suggested.. protag wakes up "sleeping beauty" and she tells the protag "hey let me fall asleep so you can get started" might work pretty well too.
And let's be clear. Its not Patreon scouring for this content. It's ALL based on reports and there's been lots of snowflakes bombing developers with reports to get them taken down. Ignore the snowflakes and don't respond.. but I suggest if you come across any who make any threats, screenshot it ASAP. I've heard many stories of them threatening devs then deleting their posts and somehow getting away with it.

And to clarify a point. Yes, if she is unconscious or otherwise incapacitated, Patreon sees her as not being able to give consent and it doesn't matter if it's implied. Passed out drunk? Rape. Sleeping? Rape. Because she didnt voluntarily give consent. That's why mind control is banned.

It is basically non-consenting molestation, which in and of itself is a form of rape/sexual assault in many statutes/laws, hence it not being allowed on sites like Patreon... Regardless of the victims race or sex... You may be able to get away with having it for a short time, but if it ever gets found out, then they will more then likely place a hold on your page until it gets removed, if not ban your account entirely... It's a risk you have to decide for yourself, is it worth having it or should you avoiding it...

They don't go out of their way to check their members content outside of uploaded pics and text... So unless someone actually reports the developer with valid proof, they typically will never be aware... But once reported, they do eventually follow up on those reports, and if the report is found to be valid then they tend to take action in various steps...

So just because some bigger vn/games are getting away with it right now, doesn't mean they are safe for eternity...

So, the problem is that some SoaB reports you, usually a simp who is not even paying for any game and downloads everything for free from this website.

I didn't know about SS, but as Joshua Tree said, it's probably that they were just angry players being assholes more than Patreon being concerned about the content on his site. If Patreon trully worries about sleeping then they have a lot more games to change starting with Milfy City, the second biggest game and with sleep sex being a good part of the game.

Now Fennec, to reply to you: There is a new porn genre that is basically that the girl agrees with her "couple" to be limp during sex, usually through drugs.
