I'm not sure if it is a different game or an old version of another game, but the premise was similar to Lab Rats or White Russian. Basically, the MC can make serums to modify certain aspects of the females characters, mostly their breasts. As far as my memory goes back, there was like a table of objectives that unlocked certain path in the relationship with certain girl? The conquistable girls were the mother?, your sister, your lab teacher, some friends of MC. There was a path with your sister where you helped her to grow bigger breasts since she had an complex with hers since the mother had big breasts and she was flat. The last time I downloaded it was in itch.io. I really don't remember much cuz the last time I played it was like some years ago.
