Yeh well dev already did that with 'The Artifact', it's a really really great game, but of course now it's old and dated userinterface. With for it's time it was really really great.

Except that she isn't his aunt, she's the sister of his landlady. And I suspect that the censored version of the scene where Chloe talks about her father adds some ambiguity to the idea that it has to be MC. Or possibly there'll be some later scene where it turns out that, surprise, Chloe is adopted!

Nah bud, the game "doesn't have any incest", it only gets incest added if you intentionally use the off-site "patch" (same with all of his games).

Most games choose your own relationships and the ones with patches, yes, it is different dialogue, for this game it way way different dialogue with (77 unique and changed lines) or without patch. So, no, it's not silly when it says nothing about you being related in the dialogue.
