Idk anything about translating games but im sure this one is either not popular or the game engine is what make it hard to translate. i've tried playing this one with goggle translate on my phone for a few min, and i think its a good game. basically that one game where you train a girl into submission (and probably get a bad end) or try to win her heart (and achive true end).
Why not post it here? Uploaders will make proper thread and credit you.

Can you let me know what kind of translation it is? Manual or if so what kind of MTL?
Most likely manual. UI was translated too and there is almost no poetry
