4.5/5 Love the art and story. Typical rpg game so nothing new there, lots of painful back and forth and no time skip without going to set areas, but besides that I love this game. Has been awhile between updates these days but hopefully that picks up in the coming month

This project make pretty good impression. Good written story. Very good graphics. 'Almost' no bugs (Romi's quest stuck in the notepad for me when I needed to meet the guy for the second time but skipped him). Worth supporting.

Honestly, I didn't like it very much. Nothing in this game commits fully to anything.
Consider this review a highly subjective piece, but still.

The game doesn't fully commit to it's setting. It is fantasy world. But there is not much fantasy here. Or world. And btw it's isekai so MC is from real world. And also there is a segment in our world (for 10 minutes). MC doesn't do some "boy stuff": his mother or aunt literally tells him to go fight frost demons or blow up mines. So no slightest immersion for you. And you go places through weird looking portals. Even your father built one portal himself (what? why?) And there is no combat system. But there are STR, AGI, INT attributes. Which you level up by clicking on a thing. If you felt like I'm just spewing random shit - that's this game for you.

The game doesn't fully commit to it's porn premise. Mom character just suddenly starts having hots for you. Actually no surprise, she is alone and MC literally fought ghost demonesses because she told him to. What mfs do for a good pussy.. The only thing which stands out among this soul-less Jap RPGM bs - is aunt. Which is written on a good level, has some character and does interesting things. There is some content with her but definately not enough.

But I was wrong actually. There is one thing to which game commits fully, gas to the max. Its tedious, annoying puzzles. Game uses ANY, even the most absurd of premises to make you solve those.
"Hey dumbass, your aunt needs you to literally rob a fucking train, go do it. Here are some puzzles for you"
"Can you at least show me some poosay or somthin before I go do it?"
"Only after you solve 3 puzzles in a row!"

i don't know what to tell you as a conclusion. It's tedious, random, has very little soul and respect for your time. Aunt is good, but there is not enough of her. Art is good. Everything else is average. Sometimes - aggresively mediocre. At least wait 4-5 updates to play it.

I has nice story and very engaging characters, very less grind and lovely graphics. I would love to see more of this story like. The story starts with a dimensional switch for the MC and he meets new people and the story goes on a nice phase more interactions would have made things better but hey its all new so it takes time.

It's a nice standard game but the puzzles get tideous and annoying slowly but surely.

the art itself inst so bad but I feel like their faces lack a little bit of emotion.

The music has its moments but is mostly just repetive which is something Im used to.

Overall it's an okay experence

It was one of the few games that met my demands.It's a good game, although updates are a bit slow.I hope to expand the story even more, new characters, new animations will be added.

It started out so great. Little scenes with the mom, little tension buildups and so on. But then all of the sudden, the MC was like "I love you" and she was like "I love you too" and he was going to ask her for a date and win her over. How boring. At this point I know how stuff is going to play out, they have a date, they will come closer and fuck, maybe become a couple - end of story.

This is so generic that it killed the whole atmosphere and potential this game had imo. It would've been so much greater if they had a lot of other sexual accidents and scenes where things start to get hot without this cliché "I love you become my girlfriend mom you're the best women in the world" thingy.

Also I think this game could use some more animations, some scenes that are just pictures you click away (like the spanking scene) are plain boring and don't really feel rewarding. Last but not least, this is a game! Don't tell us in the textbox "X ist touching Y leg" - show it with a picture or the animation!

Overall this game has potential. The artstyle is beautiful and regarding running around in town, it's one of the smoothest RPG maker experiences I had. But as an adult game, it needs to step up its game.


Update: Gave up on the game after getting stuck at that very annoyingly hard button puzzle. Puzzles are about being fun, and also a bit challenging. I like good challenges. But if you completely go above and beyond with it so that one spends half an hour figuring out how the hell to solve that, and if not even guides work because there's no reset button and you already messed up the initial button order, that completely demotivates the player.

At that time I just stopped playing Alvein. I've really got better things to do than solving very boring but unnecesarily hard RPG maker puzzles in a game, that I mainly play to experience erotic stories and lewd content.

Great game. I don't like rpg maker games in general but loved this one. Story, characters, artwork, dialogues, everything is great.
My only advice is: Please change that red flash effect when the character is aroused. It looks like he is in pain or having a stroke. Pink would be much more better.

I should have played this sooner, yet at the same time I should of waited longer to play. I wish there was more content. Right now (as of v71b) the content ends, right as things start to get good.

4/5 Gameplay: It's pretty good. They don't get you to do long winded missions to progress. Scenes unlock fairly quickly, but the scenes themselves progress little by little. It really makes what follows, far better. I only wish the puzzles were tad more tricky, or maybe they were bit longer?

5/5 Writing: Its pretty decent! To the point, kinky, good dynamics, and isn't full of fluff text to just fill the page. What is needed to be talked about, is talked about. You don't have to read through 100 pages of text before something interesting is talked about! It's honestly done really well, as it leaves just enough room for the reader to add their own ideas to the various situations.

5/5 Art: Really nice actually. At first glance, it was okay, but it grows on you real quick, as the artist really knows how to make things look kinky. The degree at which H-scenes progress, bit by bit, really adds to what is "revealed" in the more spicy scenes.

Overall: Definitely a game worth supporting! There is a quality to this one that is hard to find out there. The way character relationships develop are really well done. It doesn't just go full force like many, many, (many) other games do. Yet at the same time, doesn't tease you along for 10hrs of reading, like many, other, other.. games do. Its a nice gentle sweet spot, that you'll be surprised was found.

I really like the artstyle and the characters are all up my alley, both personality and appearance wise.

However I do feel like this game suffers a little from too much grinding and running around. As some have already said the game could use some shortcuts to improve the pacing a little.

But despite this I definitely enjoyed it. 4/5

Love the art and the story is quite alright along with the whole ambience on the maps. The puzzles are quite intringing as well so overall a very good game, they only reason I dont put 5-stars is a little bit for the long wait for each update, the rating is subject to change upon complition of the game of course!

Just played this one. It was a smooth experience.

Pros:
- Very good art, charming and nice.
- Game mechanics are self explanatory, very good.
- Hot milfs, proportions are well balanced.
- Incest content is present or disguized, it depends on you.

Cons:
- The game needs some shortcuts for the MC in order to move from distant places.

This game was a pleasant experiencie for me, it is not completed but has great potential. Good work developers. ;-)

Things i want to see in this game:
- More incest hot, well written content.
- Give some girls the possibility to enlarge them boobs (hot).
- Animations.

All and all, very good game project.

This is very similar to Siren's Domain game 'Town of Passion' from character designs, to entire plot points and mechanics. The creators have acknowledged this and some of their unique characters (like the dark elf mayor) are really standout, so hopefully the story continues to diverge over time and the beginning becomes an homage to another great game.

With that in mind, comparisons to Town of Passion are only natural. I feel like Alvein has weaker dialogue so far, it has definitely improved the art and character variety - and the writing is by no means bad. I do have to take points off for the shota MC. I'd be interested in hearing why game devs do this, surely most of the audience would rather identify with an average adult achieving greatness, or escape into the fantasy of playing a powerful hero, rather than play a tween.

This is definitely a game worth playing and following.

* Good RPGM game, that has great art and very interesting and creative puzzles and mini-games, that set this game apart from many others. All while being a bit too heavy on the teasing side, making the final payoff a bit disappointing.

This game is interesting, since the main story is nothing ground-breaking and at the moment (v71b) it hasn't even developed yet, but it shines with the character arcs and its puzzles.

Most people complain about these type of mini-games in RPGM games, but in this game, I believe the devs took the right approach in adding a lot of them, breaking the usual fetch quest cycle of JRPG gameplay, but adding variety to them. They almost never repeat, and when they do, they're slightly different and don't overstate their welcome. They're also very forgiving and surprisingly fun.

Original art will always be my favorite thing in these type of games and the artist in this game did a great job at making great characters. While there are about 4 that have similar body types, they still look unique in their own ways, especially due to their writing. And then you have 3 or 4 with completely different bodies from the other 4 that I mentioned. The scenes are decent, but they lack in variation, meaning the first shot you see, will likely be the only one in that scene, with some level of animation, or facial change, but nothing more.

Now, why did I rate it only 4 stars?

The first reason is that this game has way too much teasing, to the point that it won't make sense sometimes, due to the progression of the characters. And the real issue is that for so much teasing, the payoff in the end is just not satisfactory, especially since the scenes, while animated, have no variation whatsoever and you have no control over them. So no different angles and no choice of foreplay, or actual different positions, instead of a slight difference in the character's face.

In one of the final scenes so far with a character named Mira, there's a moment the MC says he wants to do something, but in the end he ends up not doing it and the game doesn't give you the option for him to do it either. That scene would've been perfect, because it was already rare in these type of games and seemed like it would add even more to it, but the dev decided to just tease the player, for whatever reason. The scene in question:
The second issue I had, was with the dialogue writing that can be juvenile, to a bit cringe worthy at times. That applies mostly to the MC thinking only about himself and wanting a reward for everything he does. That type of personality made the Emilia route for instance, a chore and a turn off, considering she was constantly against everything that was happening. Then finally in the end, the payoff was just boring: One scene, one angle, no choice for foreplay either. Just the typical trope these games have in only worrying about the MC getting off.

Finally the third issue, which to me is not as bad (if you cheat, or don't mind grinding), is that you can't replay scenes that happen throughout the characters' stories. You have to pay for them and go to a specific location to access them.

Now that is an issue, because I think that after everything you go through with each character, you should be able to access similar scenes with them, by easily talking to them. I don't mind having to pay to watch the original scene, at the original location/event, but I believe the dev should add variations or new scenes with those characters, afterwards. For instance:
Overall, the game is pretty good, with some small flaws that can definitely be fixed. But I believe that you must like RPGM games to enjoy this, because adding the typical fetch quests, plus the many mini-games and the very slow character progression and teasing, will make this game a chore to play, if you just want to see sexy scenes. In that case, this game will be a 3-star, if not lower for you.

But I'd say the devs did a great job and if they add more re-playable scenes, with variation or maybe even choice, the game would improve a lot, making most of the negatives I mentioned trivial. Good job, guys.

One of the best 2D hentai games. It's hard to describe, but it's very wholesome. There is a lot of humor, nice art, but also simple and relaxing gameplay. Definitely worth playing it already have a lot of content, and it will have more later as it is still in development. 5/5 very recommended

In this game, you have to earn every scene by doing some really long fetch quest that feels like it’s padding out time spent in the game and doesn’t add anything. Too much teasing.

Overall this game has a great style and super sexy characters, but really isn’t much of a well-flowing experience between gameplay and lewd scenes, and that really hurts the project overall. It’s just not enjoyable to play despite how great the girls look, and that’s why this game is a 2-star experience to me.

It's a very good game. It's not 5 stars because the MC has this "kid" appearance (I'm not saying he is a kid. because if he was, it will be 0 stars. If I understand correctly, he isn't a kid, but have this vibe...) that really bothers me. if that doesn't bother you, so it's 5 stars.

Even though the game lacks of penetrating scene, it doesn't get me bored so easily because this game doesn't do repetitive acts to build relationship between girls.

The art is really good. The tone of the game and the humour in it is very cute, but having played for close to six hours on the v71 version, I realized that it is pretty clear how grindy it is going to get.
This is not a game for a quick fap.

I`m also not a fan of the puzzle locks on absolutely everything. If I wanted to have my brain tickled and not my other parts stimulated, I would do the daily Sudoku in my local newspaper instead.

So even though the art is tantalizing, It already feels like work to get to it.

Story, game-path, cool characters, back story, and utilities this game offer is amazing.
Although it hasn't been finished yet, the story is basically finished or at least the part 1, what I'm guessing is the part 2 wouldn't be as peaceful, serene, and just enjoying as the first part. The keyword was; protect.
I am eager to see what kind of adventure the creator would offer.

The not so fun part is:
-No walkthrough, I stuck at some part don't know what to do next, because there is not a single more quest on the notebook. Good thing there is a 'machine' to look at our 'progress', so I can guess what I need to find/do next.
-Not a single girl's path is done, that'd be another 1 or 2 years, even 3 lol
-The notebook system isn't all that useful, not everything is a 'quest' so it don't record any story line.

Not really a bother in my opinion, solid 4/5, try if you want, wait it finished if you want. anything is good
