No sex scenes and basically no gameplay, absolutely not worth playing right now, but the developer is here so you can take it as an opportunity to give early feedback.

    Pros:
    - UE5 game, and the few things that are there are competently done.
    - Preview pictures look great (but not how the game looks on my screen).

    Cons:
    - Obviously unplayable right now, probably won't be until at least 6 months and given the high rate of failure for UE games, everyone should keep their expectations low.
    - Graphics look bad, looks like low resolution and no antialiasing on my screen: https://i.imgur.com/vAyZJWE.jpeg . Not sure if it is supposed to look like that, and there is no menu to increase the graphics. This is a problem that needs to be addressed as early as possible. There are games like Too Much Light which looked fantastic from the start even though there was no content, and it helped kickstart a lot.
    - Lighting does not look natural, for some reason this is a recurring problem in a lot of UE games I've seen here, even though UE can do beautiful lighting. Ambient light level should get increased.

Imo priorities should be: 1) Improve graphics 2) Add one sex scene 3) Fix lighting.

Another thing. The game targets sex-on-victory it seems, which is fine, but many players prefer sex-on-defeat Would be cool to consider both options (note that Patreon does not like the latter if it's implemented too directly but many games found workarounds like allowing mods or external patches).

Yeah, that's exactly what this is...but even worse, because it doesn't even have a single stiff animation yet. Walking simulator with premade assets.

    Oh THERE'S the Patreon though!

Edit: It get's even better when you read the latest Patreon post:

    Good day colonizers.

Taking a small brake, of a week or two. Got another patreon page with almost 1000 members. Got to put in some work to keep those people updated. Then there is the daily job.

But will be back to AmalGene in no time.
