I assume that Compressed version? If so, the original will works.

Yup, it has been mentioned for previous compressed version/s as well: here is the old and not-so-elegant workaround for it if you dont wanna to download uncompressed version to play it properly.
If you have uncompressed versions already, and those two images are there, those could be posted as a quick-fix for compressed version.
Simple as this - unrar attached rar-file into GAME/ and that should add missing images aka fix that error in compressed version.Dunno, I've never done that before

Yeah, the blonde stripper, Alexandra's "friend", whom u can see on that big ass poster when going into town to buy groceries, basically confirmed it by telling her " We're glad to have u back", which also means she isn't new to this business. She probably was a stripper before marrying MC's dad, or she did it just to pay the bills while her son was in hospital, those bills ain't cheap.
IIRC she comes from a wealthy family, her sister Tanya is a massive cunt tho, she basically came to visit her sister just to rub salt into the wound, and her daughter is either an introverted person or a really retarded/ignorant bitch, just like her mom. Can't wait to fuck them both tho.
We don't know that and it's not officially stated as of yet, but it depends on how much money they owe and to whom. I don't think SA wants to piss off her fans by making that hot piece of ass a cheap ho, even if she desperately needs the money.
You're not the only one, a lot of ppl will do that, and it's not good for business... that's what makes me hope that she's just a stripper and that useless MC will stop being a creep and start helping out his family.
It would be really disappointing to see the patrons dropping the game due to a bad judgement call, the renders and animations are insane

Patch updated and tested with v0.91a and 0.92a
also working with v0.96a update (haven't tested earlier parts of the game after v0.92, but there's no reason why the patch shouldn't work there any more)

This very simple regex patch seems to be working with the new versions after a few minor adjustments.
I recently played the game with this patch from the start on v0.91a, continued on v0.92a and adjusted replacement filters for a few places where they needed an update.
Don't forget the toggle key Alt + i when something still seems to be off with the text and try to report back. Maybe I missed something or something has been changed since v0.91a
There's still no need to wait for an update to the patch or to be tested on some newer update, it should just work as it has been so far!

To make a player to be able to detect such mistakes I added a toggle key to the text filter to make it possible to easily switch between filtered and original text (to switch incest mode off and on).
Any time you suspect that dialog text may be erroneously altered by the incest patch, you can now just:

So far it has been used only in one place as "younger housemate" and this pair of words gets replaced correctly with "younger sister", but any future occasions may be mistakenly replaced by the word "brother". My only hope is that not the plain word "housemate" itself but the variable

Since gigan said that he won't be working on this patch any more, I made a slightly modified text filter that uses regular expressions. This way I was able to replace more words and word combinations while using correct capitalization and trying to avoid unwanted replacements, e.g. "mom" in the word "moment".
The new patch also sets variables "mother" and "sister" to "mom" and "sister" at high init level and utilizes Ren'Py's after_load label to do the same for old saves while trying to avoid conflicts with after_load label(s) added by someone else.

Well, to be blunt, he should have died a long time ago, since being comatosed for more than a month, usually more than a few weeks (as far as I know) is a medical nonsense. After being comatosed for more than a few weeks without being able to wake up organs will just start to give up and fail one by one and the person dies.
