Seeking An application/game that uses locally stored images/gifs

I'm looking for something that will either

1.) Pull up random images/gifs and use a timer and/or metronome mechanic

Could be as simple as

You must be registered to see the links

but uses local folders instead.
Could be like Tease AI but with less focus on the Doms
Most ideally it'd be like

You must be registered to see the links

but not focused solely on images related to a single NPC.

2.) Allow me to add my images/gifs to existing game that doesn't call for fringe fetish categories or character specific sets

Could be like any old brothel sim or anything at all really... kinda. It'd have to call for random images from a sex category or something.

I can't find it team. I looked and looked and I can't find a damn thing. I KNOW those guys over at Milovana have what I'm looking for but trying to navigate that site is like taking a shit in a handstand. And everything there is edge edge edge... If I could fucking edge on command I wouldn't need any damn help in the first place!

I’m also looking for this. It looks like fap instructor is adding file systems, but unfortunately none of my system are compatible with the web browser required. At that had anyone been able to get fap instructors file system to work?
