It took place in an office and the apartments of the characters and I think at a hotel on a business trip maybe?
Plot: The main character works at an office where is girlfriend is the boss and he gets tricked into doing something that could get him fired so he blackmails and manipulates the boss girlfriend slowly into doing more and more sexual things and the blackmailer allows him to establish rules. The MC would be oblivious to this happening and would even walk in on sexual situations and be unaware. There was also a side character who was interested in the MC and knew the Gf and blackmailer were doing things but didnt want to tell the MC as to not ruin him however at the time I don't think those paths were completed.
There is a scene I can remember that may help
Girl was forced to have sex but to keep rules had to do a bunch of math equations accurately during sex
