I can't seem to remember the details, but I could remember that the artstyle is a little dated (but still good), and the girl is pretty much surrounded and tossed from one pile of tentacles to another. I also remember a scene where she was thrown midair, and she gets penetrated and molested by tentacles while she was in midair too.
