It was maybe WolfRPG or Rpg Maker. You had maybe a month to corrupt a few different women at your highschool+the nearby area, and it had a pretty unique hypnosis system. There were circles with different "suggestions", and you'd have a limited amount of actions. Pretty sure each character had their own schedule/where you would find them and at what time of day.
Depending on what you did would effect the type of scene/how successful your attempt was. I think it was possible to get different endings based on who you successfully hypnotized, or even make a harem if you did well enough. You could also buy various items from the NPC who gave you the hypnosis power in the first place. I do not remember the game being translated at the time, and I only remember a tan Gyaru type girl, a blue-haired girl, and a typical blonde twin-tail tsundere type.
It had a new-game+ mode where you could also transfer stuff from your last attempt. Any help would be appreciated.
