Identify An rpg game that i dont remember the name

Okay so I'm gonna go into as much detail as my brain will allow me to. This game is an RPG or Wolf RPG game where you are a male protagonist. You can buy an area that use to be a bar and you can use the bartender as a fence for stolen things maybe? I know there is a character or object that lets you cheat inside the bar and the outside area kinda looks like an L. I think you can help people and they go to the bar but im not sure. thats about all i remember
