Has the option of running around naked in the maps (Like Naked Adventure)

I've played a good number of them, but i'll be damned if I can remember the names of most.
You could try doing a search for the Exhibitionism and RPGM tags.

A game that isn't on here that I know has it is Fumika Fantasy, which is on hgg2d.

Netorare Imouto Misaki once you become lewd enough you can run around naked and have unique dialog.

Material Girl I think has the same deal.

Also try looking for H.H. Works games. They all deal pretty heavily in exhibitionism.
