I'd say it scrapes by as a game by the slimmest of margins. That said, ripping the images/movies would probably be easier/better.

This can be barely classified as a game, not even a Kinect Novel where at least it has a story/dialogue.

Meanwhile, this on other hand has no story or dialogue whatsoever, you merely pick which spiritual being you want watch the MC fuck with, an Angel or a Succubus, and that's it.

This isn't a game or even novel. As Samken rightly said, there is no dialog, it's a 1 minute intro to either be angel or demon, which then plays a ~5 minutes video.

Otherwise anyone could write wrapper that starts a porn video and call that a game.

Look in the files, under resources\movies, the ones named Angelica and Succubus. ~230mb each, they're ~6 minutes long videos.

As I said, this is just a glorified video player, this is why it was properly retagged as video. You have a 1 minute intro video, and then you can pick one of two 6 minutes video.
