Animation/videos are not playing in RPGM games

tried to install this codec pack

tried to install RTP plugin or that is that

in any rpgm game?
maybe link a game that doesn't work for you.
just to make sure, talking about a PC/notebook and not mobile/phone?

for the runtime packages, there are several and you need to install the correct one or just all of them.
But only for the older rpgm engines.

and yes, that klite codec pack usually solves such problems for players (never needed to install it myself),

so, hmmm, out of ideas ...
