I looked into the game a bit and I don't believe there is any sexual content besides nudity. The game simulates an OS like was mentioned in an earlier post and you can download applications, and play some weird card game. Also from reading the steam page there might be a way to somehow fire missiles at the countries on the world map? I am still trying to get all the details for this but I am almost 100% certain this game has no sex in it. Just nudity. I could be wrong but it doesn't look like it from what the developer stated.
