MUGEN is the only one that I can think about, but the learning curve put me off too much, but hey, you might find it cool if you check it out ^^
Also, not really fighting games, more like 2d side-scroller fuck games, I'd recommend checking out the old but legendary koooonsoft games like angel girl, shinoby girl etc...
There are also some decent beat em ups, but I can't recall any right now.

Well, in 2028 when they get the second animation done, there is Pure Onyx. I hesitate to mention it but it does almost qualify as being what you have in mind. Atelier Tia might be a more viable option for this route as it mostly fits into the three categories to some extent at least. Not sure what it is that you are looking for exactly, but I can think of a few more given a bit more time to drudge through the internet a bit.

Do you know a beat'em up where fighters lose their armor/ clothes during the battle (with injuries) and then they are finished with extreme peril and sexual stuff?

or may be this game

or may be you thinking of battle raper from Illusion but that one is not a beatem up.

Battle Raper looks very interesting. Thanks for this help. Do you know other games like this one maybe with more costume/body destruction (I already know some StudioS games like this)?

since u already know studioS te last circle i remember that done lots of destructive clothing game have to be this one

nlg tho borrowed assets and stuff aside, this one's actually neat
gameplay's very simple, but is pretty smooth, too bad it's so raw and short, there's definitely potential here, shame to see it wasted
this dev's got interesting style, worth to keep an eye on, unless they're not doing anything these days that is
