Identify anime style VN game with time freeze

A few years ago I was following the development of a game that only had a demo out. I remember you lived with your aunt and your parents had died i think and in the demo you and a bunch of friends go hang out and I think climb a cell phone tower or something then something happens and you wake up the next morning with the power to freeze time. you use it once on your aunt (with no sex in the demo) and the demo ended there.
can anyone help me with this?

they arent doing incremental release like most H games. the main game wont be available untill it is complete. here is the kickstarter

but note that in their kickstarter rewards they estimated the game to be complete in 2017 so no telling when or if it will ever be done
