VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Anna Exciting Affection Chapter 1: Unofficial Ren'py Remake [v2.0] [osmcuser132]

This is my third playthrough with Anna. I went all out this time, because I felt there was a lot of content I missed by being a bit uptight in my choices.

Renpy is a better platform that rpgm for this particular VN. With renpy, the action and the immersion are sensibly better.

The VN itself has a lot of things going for it. The writing is excellent. It never stops for dull infodumps, or carefully crafted word soups that are supposed to sound erotic. The progression is good, in the sense that Anna is never doing something out of the blue. Her corruption is slow enought to give a sense of anticipation, and fast enough to not let us get bored. The dialogues sound realistic and most characters have something to say, or do, in other words they have a life of their own.

Anna is a very beautiful model, and so are many other models used in the game. The dudes look a little rough, with the exception of John.

The choices do matter, so a walkthrough mode would be welcome. One thing I notice is that I missed a lot of good stuff by rejecting guys. I did reject them because most are jerks in this game, but even rejecting all the jerks, there still is enough good content to justify playing.

The game is quite old and the animations are short and the pictures' resolution is lower than that of today's games. But that's a minor issue, in my opinion.

The H-scenarios look reasonably realistic, in the sense that all that stuff might happen to someone as beautiful as Anna, if she wasn't too prude.

My only objection is that a real life Anna would eventually crack under the stress of such a hectic life.

This is my kind of porn! Everything about this game works for me, which is why I've played through it at least 4 times.

+ Good girl finds herself in situations where corrupting choices make the next corruption choice easier.

+ Hot models.

+ Erotic scenes with just enough setup to be erotic and build the foreplay versus real-life porn that goes straight from strangers to fuck fest in 0.3 seconds.

+ Likeable female protagonist.

+ Lots of unlikeable douche-bags that still get their way with Anna and why they do makes sense.

+ A few kinks are happening here from gangbangs/group sex to grandpa with young woman sex.

Choices don't matter and I'm okay since I know that going into this. The only things that change with choices are:
a) does Anna shut down a lot of the available scenes by being loyal to boyfriend and/or not falling for someone's blackmail/extortion;
b) does Anna make friends with company receptionist or not = lesbian scenes that aren't available otherwise;
or c) do you go the sub-route (the most content route) and let everyone take advantage of Anna and put her into situations where she is corrupted more, used, or where she willfully wants to "reward" someone for helping her or being nice to her or feeling sorry for them.

+ Ren'Py version for the win.
Also Android port is great!

In my Top 10 of all time.
I'm going through Chapter 2 now with the Universal Ren'Py Mod v1.5 to see what changes as I get to various choices.

The Renpy remake of Anna: EA is probably the best way to play the game. It still has a weak plotline since it uses the same as the game, but it takes away all the pointless going from one place to another that only makes you lose time. So the story advances more quickly even if a bit abruptly in its transitions from one location to the next, and choices have a relatively low importance like in the original, but the experience is far better.

Render quality is very high and character models are so as well. Animations are a bit basic and sex scenes, while interesting, also are a bit basic. And I think I would have taken out a lot of the sound effects the game has and which do it no good.

But so far, this chapter one adaptation to renpy is a good experience with lots of content.

How tiring. The only choices whatsoever come very few and far between and the only decisions involved are basically "lewd scene/fuck this person" and "don't". The drab text & implausible plot points in-between just serve as bland filler for you to click through repeatedly to get to the next A/B decision.

I honestly don't know why anyone chooses so called "games" like this over just watching a porno. Pornhub at least doesn't force you to click through a bunch of terrible dialogue first and is basically just as interactive as anything you're getting here. No character investment, sense of immersion or personal agency whatsoever, which is the entire point of making porn in a game format.


To be clear, I'm sure the RPGM version is worse, as it inevitably always is. Taking a low-res sprite from point A to point B to get to said bland dialogue is not in any way "gameplay" either.

Let's start with the important part. Anna is beyond gorgeous, she is an absolute goddess!!

Decent plot, lots of content, beautiful renders and plenty of sex. If you enjoy corruption stories of hot women, this is simply a must-play.

This the only VN-style 3D models game I have ever recommended. Every other one I have played is mediocre compared to it. The RPG Maker elements really help to break up the otherwise completely visual novel experience. I actually bought this prior to my making an account here. The previous content in the series is not quite as good, but those are Hard Exam, Hard Exam 2, Christmas Gift, and the Old Church. They wouldn't take you more than a handful of hours to complete, less if you're focused. Those have no RPG Maker elements to them. I can't remember the order to play them in, but if you downloaded them all it should quickly become apparent by checking the date the files were created in.

This is a great game with lots of hot characters. Also Female protagonist is very hot. I want to thank to dev who made this remake in Renpy. This is one of my favorite games in this site. Wish there was more games like this.

Well I won't make sense of something nonsense. It is not a masterpiece. A game doesn´t good only with a lot of sex scenes and good renders.

It is really nice to play it in Ren'py. I always feel dizzy when I have to find a specific location in RPGMAKER.

pro:
1, nice art, images are well-rendered, and modeling is amazing
2, straight forward to the content. players get corruptive easily and fast. (you don't have to grind at all in this game)
3, the number of images and the length of the game are shocking.
4, characters have been developed well. there are many roles in this game, and they have unique personalities and relationships with Anna. (dom/sub, S/M, blackmailing, sympathy, affection, and so on) Players can find all fetishes here.

con:
1, players can't go around cheating/NTR. Some other players might get upset.
2, stories don't stand out. Technically speaking, it is not a flaw, while the creator mainly focuses on lewd scenes. It would be perfect if the creator organizes the stories of Anna with different characters seamlessly.
3, I prefer more images in different poses than a looping animation with the same pose, personally.
4, there are many fetish/kinky contents in this game, but none of them get developed deeply. For example, the S/M only gets to spanking. and dom/sub relationships mainly stop at "rough sex" and collar/choker/chain.

If you are OK with cheating/NTR, and you come here for the fun of fetish/kink. This is the game for you if you want some excellent stories or pure love relationships. It is a big no-no.

Pretty good in terms of renders and if you're just looking for debauched cheating/cucking. Not great if you wanted literally anything else. Choices that stray from the MC cheating/generally being a ho make the story incredibly short otherwise and totally unworth the download. Would've been good to see alternate routes and without it just your run of the mill jack it and pack it away VN

Nice looking, plenty of sex scenes, sorta fun. It is delightful to finally be able to play the game without constant crashing, kudos to the RenPy fans for saving this game from the abyss of RPGM. The often idiotic story is unwavering in its path toward whoredom, although you can skip scenes to mitigate the fishy smell. Not sure why Anna didn't have the bikers just beat answers out of Andrew at the end, but I'm pleased somebody finally shot him.

good looking female, interesting and exciting story, a few event may feel pushy but it is 18+ game so no logic required, ren'py version saves you from using keyboard and moving around, which is huge help when you only have one idle hand
why do I have to input more than 200 letters anyway, I am not that talkative you know, seriously, I am talking here in 5 min more than what I did a whole week.

This is by far the best game i have played here, hoping for an update or sequel of this game soon. . I like the Ren'Py version over the RPGM version for sure. but just hope there was an option to get rid of her boyfriend who betrayed her.

Jesus Christ, this is overrated. I like female MC corruption games, but this is mediocre at best. It's also not even actually a corruption game in any real sense.

Early on Anna gets magically turned into a slut when she has an accident that happens to give her just the right kind of brain damage that makes her SUPER HORNY and unable to control herself, blah blah blah.

This robs the game of any meaningful kind of progression and just turns it into a procession of generic sex scenes repeating the same themes over and over again.

The sex is also surprisingly vanilla for a game of this kind, except that she fucks a lot of old dudes. It's all very formulaic and it doesn't help that the dialogue is incredibly bland and robotic.

The writing in general is super forgettable, with most of the characters staying completely lifeless, only serving as the next opportunity for Anna to get some dick. The only exception I can think of was the chubby IT guy, where there was some actual chemistry and a relationship besides "ungh, you have big dick, me so horny."

I could have swallowed the Slut Ex Machina device and the somewhat bland sex if the dialogue wasn't rotting my brain cells. The game seems to have only two male archetypes, it's either the turbo creep trying to degrade Anna with cringy "you are just my cumdump" lines or it's a "good guy" who can't shut the fuck up about how perfect her body is.

Love this game, I really like the corruption games and this one make my day(s) Anna its a babyyyyyyeeeeahhhhhhh. LOVE the plot, LOVE play this game!

Gives you all the awesomeness from the original game; The fantastic CG, the decent animations, the choices of what to do and what not to do — Without forcing you do do *any* of the grind (and of course the walking simulator) of the RPGM version.

This game is a coruption of female protagonist so if you are not in this genre beter quit now

Story:
The game present the story of Anna becoming a slut. Along the game you are presented with two options: seing how Anna become a slut or skip the scene but the game still go in that direction. The only choise you can really make is toward the end
Gameplay:
The transition of the game from RPG to RenPy is a bless. It is quite hard to make an interesting game in RPG especially if the map is big as you lose a lot of time walking around in search for a place. The sound effect over the sex scenes is good making you get more involved in the action


Characters:
I am not a big fan of over the top boobs and ass but here I can say that Anna is somewhere at that limit, so it is enjoyable even if at first I saw her body ratios a bit weird. The model for Carl was used in another game where he was a prick. It was so hard to imagine him like a nice guy here.
Anna steal the show with every opportunity and having in the second half of the game a new haircut and those amazing eyes is all you need to know.

A goooooood Ren'Py version, ty for that, i hate RPGM games where you have to be walking around to do things, it that makes a lot more direct and dinamic, consequently more fun. One of the best I've played, it is really good in all aspects.

I would never played it in RPGM, you're doing god's work, sir.

The game itself is pretty good if you're into this kind of theme where female protagonist rapidly descends into sluttiness. The not so good thing is that 90% of choices are basically 'be a slut' or 'skip content'.
