), which is pretty easy to use. It's in Overwrite mode by default, so you can just open the file, find the part you want to edit, click into it, then type the value you want and save it. Then re-launch the game and load your save. If it worked, you'll get your updated value. If it didn't, it'll probably detect the save is corrupt and reset it to the beginning.
That said, direct editing of files like this isn't a novice operation. HxD keeps backups, but you'll need to be comfortable changing filetypes in Explorer in order to turn the .bak back into a .dat.

Another way to change the value is by cheat engine and it works well for the cells, so we can change it in games directly. Unfortunately, at each rebirth, the memory adress change...

Used Cheat Engine to use the Speed Hack, mostly because the game takes forever without it. somewhere around the Trillions things go from interesting to disgusting.

I cannot believe i wasted my time on that, even when using a Speed Hack it is not worth you time or effort to play this game past the first hundred Cells.
Go find a better game.

a yes, never updrate the neurons, updrate all other and have copy save before you start with neurons

Open its save file directory (On Windows that's %APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\Anomaly Evolution), open anomaly.dat in your favourite hex editor, go to currency_amounts, then cells, and set the value. The offsets are 0000A83C to 0000A843. I set it to FF FF FF FF FF FF FF 4F, which dropped me just after 5 quintillion.

I can get rid of it myself with auto-cliker, which does 20x more damage, but it would be nice if the game could do it itself and increase the damage it does per second instead of staying stuck at 50K.

Welp, I ended up finding a new weird kink (mad scientist that grows a monster and then fucks it, like Resident Evil if it was a porno) but now my wrist hurts and I've not been hard once so...

Nice idea, but normally porn games give you IRS from wanking, not trying to get remotely close to the porn, I swear to god, I'll fuck the crocodile looking form if it means that's the end of this game, I don't wanna do this anymore and FUCK those fucking Cell stealing virus things! I'm trying to focus on getting more cells, not clicking other unrelated things 30 times every bloody five seconds. I'm tapping out of this, the concept of "grow your own eldritch fucktoy" is nice but it's not worth the crippling joint problems you'll have playing it.

All upgrades up to 100m (excluding 100m) is fine if you have maxed out genes.
