Seeking Another suggestion thread. Open world type games?

I've tried and probably exhausted all the content from games like Bioasshard, Meridiana, Section 7, Rise of Asmodeus, Wild Life, Too Much Light, then I want back to modded Skyrim which doesn't work like it used to considering most mods no are no longer updated to the latest Legendary edition version ( my rig broke down and I'm using a very dated laptop so Special edition is not an option) I also tried modding Sims 4 again but, again, my laptop doesn't like more dated games running on it.

Any suggestions for similar games to play while waiting for updates for the above mentioned games? Preferably not RPG maker and Visual Novel kinda games I can't quite find the appeal in those games.
